As a global ocean customs and shipping specialist, Aldi is responsible to ensure Andalin clients’ shipments are reaching their final destinations and trouble-free. He has been able to do so after years of involvement at DSV and fully grasp the inside out of logistics. Now he merged his knowledge with Andalin’s modern logistic platform to perform at a higher level and give only a satisfactory service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Find and maintain new customers.
- Meet sales KPIs: Volume, Margin, DSO.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the effectiveness of export/import orders from customers.
- Submit regular sales report.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field.
- At least 6 years experience in reputable forwarding company, especially with proven track record in sales.
- Strong presentation skill, leadership skill, influencing skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill.
- Having technical knowledge in export/import processes, including operations, custom, duty & tax is mandatory.
- Good network with custom, shipping lines, airlines, forwarders.
- Must be able to work under pressure and enjoy new challenges.
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting skill.
- English proficiency.
- Computer literacy.

Requirements:

Job description:
- Maintain regular shipping Route Pricing.
- Generate shipment contract pricing.
- Pricing data management and consolidation.
- Develop pricing strategy.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in reputable forwarding company, as Pricing Analyst (Air & Sea).
- Attention to detail.

Job description:
- Craft the engineering vision, and own the technical landscape, for a major domain in the world of logistics that powers global trade.
- Design systems that represent the real-world intricacies of logistics entities, such as cargo, routing, customs, and pricing.
- Work closely with C-Level and other division to distill complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
- Build and launch products rapidly and incrementally. We ship to production dozens of times per day.
- Geek out about shipping and logistics. (We do this often.)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience writing software, and a strong engineering background.
- A love of simple, well-tested code that is easy to extend and hard to break.
- The ability to convey technical ideas in common terms to business partners, product managers, and engineers alike.
- A bias for action. When you see a problem, you solve it.
- Non-optional: an aptitude for learning quickly.
Technical Skill:
